This kit lets the engine make more power by raising boost pressure roughly 1 lb. A hole-cutting tool is provided to take the restrictive screen out of the intake manifold cleanly.
An o-ringed billet block-off plug then closes the opening, and it includes a fitting for an aftermarket boost gauge. Detailed instructions are provided.
